Our investment opportunity at 2 Scrubs Lane has now received full funding.
Thanks to 37 investors, we have now raised the £500,000 needed for this landmark investment. 2 Scrubs Lane is part of an exciting redevelopment project happening in West London close to the only crossover between HS2 and Crossrail.

The development, which is being managed by Fruition Properties, includes a 20-storey tower comprising of 85 residential units, a church, a nursery, retail space, cycle parking and disabled car parking and will be at the heart of the surrounding community.
The financing received will help serve the six-month notice period on the existing church, agree development financing terms with one of Fruition’s shortlisted providers, identify and appoint the design team and prepare for the development phase.
Activity on site is due to begin in early 2019 and we will keep you updated on the progress of the development over the coming months.
