Propio’s Summer Internship Program gives college juniors and seniors the chance to work on real-world client and business projects while being mentored by industry-leading professionals at one of the Top 10 Largest Language Service Providers in the world. Interns spend the summer gaining hands-on experience in Human Resources, Software Engineering and Technology, Data Analytics, Client Success, or Finance and Accounting, with some departments offering rotational assignments so students can explore multiple specialties within their field. Working a true 8:30 AM-5:00 PM schedule in our Overland Park office, interns collaborate directly with experienced teams, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop real professional skills. With competitive hourly pay, one-on-one mentorship, networking events, and social activities, students walk away with skills, connections, and confidence, with many even earning full-time job offers upon graduation.
