How long does it take to find an interpreter?

Interpreters for our most popular languages are typically found in 30 seconds or less.

How does renewal work?

Plans will automatically renew every 12 months and any unused minutes will expire. If all minutes are used prior to the renewal date, then the account is automatically renewed when the remaining balance hits zero, beginning a new 12 month billing cycle.

How do I update my account information?

Please contact Propio Client Services using the information provided in your welcome email for any updates related to account information that does not include payment.

How do I change my payment information?

Any changes to payment information can be made through the link in the invoice you receive along with your new account login information.

How can I check my usage?

Email notifications will be sent once usage reaches 50% and then again when usage reaches 90%. In addition, users can regularly track usage through the PropioPass dashboard.
